Farm Family Alignment Review

Most farm families don’t struggle because they disagree.

They struggle because expectations are never clearly shared.

The Farm Family Alignment Review helps bring those expectations into the open.

Each family member spends about 10 minutes answering a short set of questions about the future of the farm, roles, communication, and priorities.

All responses are completely confidential — even from the person who purchased the review.

Your responses are then combined into a clear report that highlights:

• Where your family is strongly aligned
• Where expectations may differ
• Where more conversation may be needed

What Happens After Purchase

After purchasing, you will receive a PDF with instructions and a private survey link to share with your family or farm team.

Participants have 7 days to complete the 10-minute review.

Within 3–5 days after the survey closes, you will receive your Farm Family Review Report by email.

• A summary overview of alignment and differences
• A facilitator guide to help lead the discussion
• Simple ground rules for the meeting
• Visual charts across five key areas:

Sections include:

Each section includes discussion questions to help your family move forward together.
