After you check out you will receive an email with a link to the Farm Family Alignment Review along with best practices that you can use to share the link with your family. Your survey will close after 7 days. You will receive a summary report as well as a customized Conversation Kit within 3-5 business days of the survey closing.
The Summary Report will include a page that clearly breaks out each section that is focused on within the review process. Each section will have key questions or areas to discuss as a family that are tailored to the responses of your family.
The Conversation kit includes an overview of the review along with key talking points and resources for the facilitator.
Whether you are a large or small farm, this review will help you understand where your team is at. Where do you have alignment and where are there gaps while providing a framework for moving forward. No one is too big or too small to start here!
Yes, all answers within the Farm Family Alignment Review and Summary Report will remain confidential. We will summarize all of the responses to give your family visual indicators of your current status and alignment.
